It's my first proposition, but I have question for now - Do you want full name in your logo? (full name can be difficult to read because of length) Or some shorter version - ILG? or GLA ILG? There's a lot of possibilities, so I prefer to ask than to try everything:)
And second question - is there any symbol you like or you want to see in your logo? some kind of earth maybe? It can be easier to us when we know better what you want, but we can, of course, make propositions just from our minds:)
