The overall circle image is growing on me.

I don't think I like the '!' And for all the logos using microphones, I prefer the ones that have a base as if it's a table top microphone. Without the base, it could be a stage mic and that can send a different meaning of 'show.' The table top with a base indicates 'radio.' Thanks for asking.
