In my personal opinion, the design is different, but at first glance it looks similar because it has elements of people and leaves that resemble trees.
I will try to make a new design and send it to you, I hope you can wait patiently.

Hi - this looks great but unfortunately we just discovered that Cigna Healthcare has a similar logo - it's too similar and we're worried about copyright issues. Could you put something else in the circle? Waterfall? Great Falls is located near a river with a famous waterfall so it would be a nice symbol. I am so so sorry. We only have a few hours left so I am very grateful for anything you could offer!

and my design #138 lowers the head and leaves a little down like the feedback you gave.

Sorry for the delay - yes, this is great! I really love it. Just one more small edit. Can you bring the head up just slightly? Just a little bit? Maybe send me a few different version so I can see the differences.

Can you also bring some of the leaves down a bit? Just a few? Or add a few more smaller leaves to the line just below where the top leaves end?

Hello! Yes, could you send us a few other versions for us to look at? We're opening a therapy practice for women. Can you make the figure more feminine? Not sure how....maybe use a dark pink or purple color? Or make it taller/longer?
