Beautiful artistry. You are definitely a solid choice as a finalist! Let's see some variations sticking with this motif, and see what we come up with. But just for the record, I am really liking this...(and it's getting some good feedback on the surveys)

You'll definitely be in the finalist phase with this design! Let's take the "GRAYSON" down a size and a half maybe, and make the red a bit darker.

The lettering in the Grayson seems a bit too spaced between the letters. Can we see some other for the types?

I like this one as well. Let's work on some more options with the monogram shaping. Let's see how a circle would look.

Can you give me some more versions of that G without the "e" in it. I love the font, but the lettering seems to get lost in the colors.

Let's take the Estates down a few sizes. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of it matching length with the "Grayson". Let's give it a V shaped proportion.

We REALLY like this design and layout. See what you can do with "Grayson Estates". The red is spot on, and we like the contrast of the gray. Very good job.
