Can you make the water in the Q a lot of little dots and it looks like only one dot is squeezing out of the letter? We have a sister company www.sharestates.com (check out the logo on the top left hand corner) - and I would like for the logos to have some similarities and the dots would be amazing. What do you think?

Can you please make the symbol bigger, use a thinner font, make everything grey except the water (keep that blue)... Thanks!

can we try this with a softer font, maybe the font color can be a softer blue tone and please drop the bold on the font.

Also, maybe try having the icon be the "Q" in the logo, but unlike the other few options keep the other letters as lower case not cap lock? Just a thought ...?
