The first icon is simple the letter "N". The more I looked at it the letter "L" is embedded as well...so how to add the letter "D"

Easy...this design has an Art-Deco" feel and look cool. An identifiable icon that is catchy and sophisticated wthout being corp.

very nice but I'm going for a more of a 3D bolder look. Maybe with some reflection or gel affects

I ilke this but I would like the look to be more on the techy side and maybe a different color (shades of red and blacks or blues)

Update...red and black theme..I've changed over the font to some more aggressive...
