I really like the two different colors in the name "GRANTHAMMOND". I also like the letters in all caps. Perhaps the font size of the "RANT" and "AMMOND" could be minutely smaller than the size of the "H" and the "H"?

I still not sure about the vertical ".com" part though.

Is there something subtle you can do to also denote that this firm is located on Nashville, TN?

i can add some skyscrapers at the bottom in light grey like in #15 to compliment it.

although the abstract rising mark i created, is meant to be an abstract for skyscrapers like buildings and raising above, an icon that symbolize that in a modern way.
