I like the clean look of it. But also want to convey that we are just as good as the top 4 big management consulting companies but with more of an ability to provide personal service.

After looking at those sites, they are very simple. That would probably work the best in your case. Clean and Simple. I like the name as it is. I would just find the right symbol for you. Let me work on it.
