The concept links the name of the company to the offering of the company by the use of the little cannon to represent innovation - launching innovation - blasting off - basically summing up that you launch the people that you teach into a successful future.
The little cannon id creatively shaped from the D and C in the two words.
It's a simple and creative identity that has a slightly playful side to it but has string meaning behind what it represents.
There's a few variations to look over. Please let me know if you'd like to see any changes.
