If you would like something ornate like this, I will need some input from you since these are time consuming to create. Maybe you could find a link online of flourishes for references only.

Do you want a modern or traditional script 'G" Also for your soap stamping are you using embossing or debossing? I will take these into consideration when designing.
Since the stamping can lose lines and the die is so small I will get the lines as thick as I can without them bleeding into each other. (may need even more space between the circles on this one too)
For the logo presentation lines can be thinner than for the stamps. For a deboss the design will be in reverse with a solid circle. I'll consider embellishments around the circle as on your sample as well.
