A Couple of points:
1. Take out the word Grace, as this will be written in all of the literature that the logo will printed on.
2. The "G" in there is great.
3. Instead of a briefcase, could you add in a Christian symbol, such as a cross?
4. The yellow coloring is not going to work. If you could try other colors, we can see better what will work.
