how about this?

I'm more of a fan of design #1 without the cross. Looking for something with a more subtle cross or none at all...I am ranking this one though. at first it looked like a steeple, but now it looks like a path/road towards a cross

This is nice, but is very similar to a nearby church and we wouldn't want to cause confusion.
