This site have rule, we as designers can't tell the contact (email or phone address) during the contest active. But, we can give email address to the CH (contest holder) after the contest over/completed and send the additional files directly, by email to the CH.
I hope you understand this situations.

Sure! After your contest complete, I can send the additional files directly to you by email, since this site only allowed 1 JPEG and 1 EPS formatted for the final files package.

I am 99.9% certain that I am going to choose your logo. I have one contingency. Will you be able to provide the logo in three different colors? I will need it in this color, royal blue, and light gray. I will also need it in jpg and a high resolution format. Please confirm.

This is exactly along the lines of what I was thinking. Can you provide the same logo with a light grey double H logo in the background for comparison?
