Having a separate color for "8" looks very good, as I have seen in other logos. But, it tends to make people think G R 8 as if just saying the letters and number.

Do you think having the "8" in a different color makes someone think G R 8, as if saying each letter rather than implying "great"? I have too many people think that the G and R stand for something and the 8 stands for something - instead of just "great". Thoughts?

The "Leader Tools" part is interesting. Combine this with the other GR8 that you did. Can you do something in vertical using the other GR8?
