And same changes here ... Text straight, but also heavier and a bit darker. Double line on the outside (I didn't add anything inbetween as it became too heavy then). All lines made fractionally thicker. Piggy made fatter.

The main thing i like about this one is how this crest is a little heavier, but can you make it maybe a double line or shadowed or something instead of the dots in the middle of it? But, I love how it keeps the weight of the whole logo symmetrical!!
Hi there! My absolute pleasure, thanks for a great project! And don’t worry, your explanations are perfectly clear :) as I’m in the UK I’m going to catch some sleep, but will work on those changes first thing tomorrow morning for you!
Maybe make the Gourmand a little heavier in the shading so it takes more of the focus bc the pig is so dark. And a touch heavy on the outline of the crest maybe? trying to make the proportions stand out where they need to but love how yours is cleaner and overall more delicate!!
Love the ribbon. May we use the Gourmand like it is on the previous crest, just straight across with no bend. Where the fork and knife are now, put a little laurel instead? or even try a smaller version above the pig? or maybe a tiny crown....trying to make it all a little bit delicate....again, im sorry if im not explaining this well!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!
By far my favorite crest shape! and love the shaded roman, thank you. thank you for making it a happy pig, but can he be a little fatter and not like hes doing a cat bend? does that make any sense at all?
and maybe a ribbon banner under gourmand (perfect font on gourmand, btw) with gourmet market and bistro? im going for a more vintage and traditional look...just dont know how to convey that?
this sounds a little crazy, but is there a pig silhouette where hes looking upward and not down? and with a curly tail? (I have a pet pig so im partial to happy pigs)
We are getting there! lets remove/less focus on the established 2018...and remove the lines on either side of the pig...and make the outline of the shield be a solid line, but thin and not overpowering?
Thanks for the feedback and comments! Just to clarify, when you say "shaded roman" you mean a font where there are lines running horizontally through the middle of the font?
Can we make the overall shape a shield/crest shape instead of a circle? and make Gourmand in shaded roman. And I love incorporation of some laurel leaves but they seem choppy and therefore makes it too busy...needs to be cleaner....does that make sense? I need to be able to convey it well if printed on something.
Welcome to Logotournament - I hope this finds you well and having a good week so far?
Here are some of my concepts. I've created concepts that are simple, yet striking and unique! The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed.
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts.

This time a crown at the bottom ;)

No, you're correct, but sometimes there are variables, so just wanted to make sure I get the right one :)
