Thank you for the initial feedback. Here is a more fun and welcoming logo I came up with. The "O"s are two golden rings that interlock to form part of a golden chain. There is also a gold bar underneath of them to put the emphasis on them, as well as make the entire wordmark feel complete as a whole.
Thank you for all of your detailed feedback about what you are looking for. I have come up with a new concept that I am excited to share with you. This logo has wine, in combination with blocks of gold--the gold is arranged like cheese (a common accompaniment to wine). So, at first glance it may look like cheese and wine, but if you read what it is "Got Gold" then you realize it is bars of gold. The strong crimson wine color pairs well with the golden hues, but I will be happy to provide alternate options if you would like to see more of this idea.
