Few comments I have:
1) make the G smaller so it stays within the height of the verbiage
2) Goodwin and the G should be in a bright royal blue. Maybe make the blue a two-tone in Goodwin and G
3) make Goodwin Bigger
4) add a horizontal gray line underneath the word Goodwin
