I love that you used my roof line idea If you look real close there is a ventilation section in the top of the roof that is distinctive to the golfito banana company design.It is not a normal a frame roof. I also think it is a little off balance.
Your design gave me a good Idea If you look at some of the pictures of golfito from a side view like you have it facing north west you see that it is mountain and jungle a small strip of development to the right and then the bay and the more mountain and jungle to the left.So maybe you can push your building to the right keep the bay and the sun set in the middle and add a mountain/jungle trees to the left.
