This one more bold font and thinner hearth

Can you make the outline of the heart a little thinner? And maybe make the text of the font a little more bold?

And maybe play with colors a bit more in this one?

Can you add "Real estate group" in the middle between golden heart and greater cleveland?

may I ask question for you, do you give comment for other designer to use water mark of heart behind the text? if you give comment only for me about it, if fernando PM me to withdraw my design with watermark of heart, I must do it, because I late submit it after him, but if you give comment for him too, maybe that is okay, that is community rule here to respect each other designer concept. And you can remove "KW" in there too.

Same with this one... can you attempt to put the heart in or behind the text?

Is there anyway you can turn the heart into some type of watermark and put it behind the text?

I really like the idea of the heart in the background. Can you play around with it some more and change up the wording? Can you add in "Real Estate Group" somewhere in the logo?
