a TIE stands for all: Professionalism, Strength, Trust, Masculinity and Seriousness. And I've managed to bend it into the "GJ" initials. The shape is strong and remindes also of a shield.
Considering our entries were minutes apart (i'm 303, you're 299), it is kind of funny. I don't know about you, but it takes me longer than 20 minutes to knock out a design.
