I like this one the best, but I think the slogan needs to be a bit darker and easier to see. maybe even a more bold color black on Gold Star?

can you try a different font, and round the top corners of the shield?

can you put dashes like road lines through the white lines in the shield.

also try it with the logo on the left of the company name like the number 1 ranked logo.
