I've seen a reference to your 40th anniversary logo, I thought something along those lines would work nicely.

I like the 45 with joe a lot but I think it needs some type of copy addition like "years strong" or "45 years strong". The 45 indvidual joe's is a good idea for a print ad but a bit busy for a logo. Thanks for your work!
