Hello, I hope you are having a good day. These are my professional logo submissions which work well in full color, B&W and on colored backgrounds.
Each submission is 100% vector logo, so they can be infinitely contracted or expanded to very small or very large image size, without losing design detail or compromising print quality. Also the EPS vector file will allow you the opportunity to edit your logo design in the future. This file format is very useful if you decide to change your website color scheme or to use different versions on promotional materials.
Your logo package will include a fully editable EPS vector file, plus as well multiple sizes of JPG file. These are all the files that you need for print, editing or display.
Also other additional file types and variations of the original design are available on request: AI, PSD, PNG, high resolution JPG. The logo will come in white or colored background, also you'll receive black & white and grayscale versions of the logo.

Yes its a really good first draft Ake. After seing it , maybe the " were not the best ....slogan " its a bit to much . Would it be possible ( cause in canada our business is in both French first and English) , to put both languages ? So far its nice, but iam looking for something really distinctive cause i have a lot of competitors
I was really thinking about it and i think Just creating the logo concept around ''Goforacutabove'' whithout adding landscaping or any slogan would be simplier and straight to the point .
I'll add after on business cards the Landscaping wording or maybe slogan.
Sorry for this back and forth but i guess its part of creation , trying things t'ill we get it spot on !
Hi, thank you for feedback. If you want to keep a slogan into the logo, I recommend to have a memorable and **short** tagline/slogan. Keep it short, because short slogans are attractive and have grater impact (easy to read, easy to remember) - have in mind the famous examples - FedEx ("The World On time"), Nike ("Just do it"), Sony ("Make.Believe"), McDonald's ("I'm lovin' it") etc.
Thanks Ake , You are right , but i still not sure maybe something like Nike , but instead of ''Just do it'' ''Let's do it'' I really like your first Logo with the grass and the arrow kind of design, if we could remove ''paysagiste'' add the ''let's do it'' and maybe bring a piece of grass to fall over the design , if you know what i mean ?
You know what i was thinking about it , and my biz name is pretty long already ,,, if i find a slogan, i can always add it in the future. let go the slogan for now.

Each slogan should be original and unique to avoid potential infringements of others' copyrighted or trademarked brands. I have prepared a logo version update without slogan. Can you please consider adding a fine black outline to each of the blades of grass to accentuate them ? Also, can you please add .com to the bottom right corner of the logo, underneath the word Above, and make it right justified, and about half the size of the letters in Above and/or the same size of '' Go for'' ?
If its possible, can you please reduce the space between the letters in .com? Is the .com the same font as the rest of the logo? It looks a little more block lettered to me, but maybe it`s because it`s smaller?
New updates #41 #42 #43 as your previous question, ".com" has same font as the rest of the logo. Being a bolder font can appear as being more blocked when has a smaller size. Another solution is to use a thin font as in #42 entry, this way ".com" is more clean and readable at small sizes Regards, Ake
I still like the design of 43, but I`d like you to use the .com from 42 please. Also, can you put a very fine black line around the word cut, like you did for the grass, except make it finer, to make it stand out a little bit as well.

Hi Ake,I think #67 is the best logo! Please can you do these minor modifications to make it perfect... Do not create a gradient effect with the black ring where it says 'Go for a cut' and 'Paysagiste' Please put 'A Cut' inside the circle like you have with Above... so 'A Cut' will be on top of Above inside the circle and with the same white and black outlined letters. Also, can you try all these modifications but using the same font used in #63
Hi Vincent, Please find updated logo with no gradient #75, instead I have used full black. And I'll prepare another solution to replace gradient with just only a gray tone color. Also the font was replace as you suggested. Regards, Ake
Hi Vincent, New revisions and updates are ready #76 #77 - graphic elements were rearranged, gray tone color used for the external ring, plus same font used for 'Paysagiste' to keep a visual unity.
#78 #79 #80 black and white versions of the logo which works well in any situations when you'll need to print your logo in a single color, such as embroidery for t-shirts, caps, jackets etc, for printing it on bags, on documents (invoices), or for any other purpose when you'll need a higher contrast for your logo.
I really like #73! This is very close. Can you make the word 'Above' just a little bit smaller, and make room for 'A Cut' at the top? Please put a space between 'A' and 'Cut'. Also, can you try putting a small ring of the lime green around the outside like #77?
Hi Vincent, I'm glad that you appreciate my work. Regarding #86 entry, "A Cut Above" text in reality is really centered. It's just a visual illusion which makes the elements to look to high. To understand better you can look at the horizontal white band which is centered in the black ring. And"A Cut Above" text line is centered in the middle of it. That optical illusion which makes the text to look a little bit high is the fact that in the top half of the logo there is "A Cut" text, but in the bottom half there is no graphic element. We have couple of possibilities to correct this illusion: either we use the layout from #75 entry (this means to lower "A Cut Above" text + the horizontal white band, either we can "fill" the bottom half with additional graphic element. You win the contest for sure but i still have some details to work around .
Here is 4 things that iam not sure 1). the 5 stars 2). Instead of grass could it be like in my overal ranking number 3 by OcH , its not conventional grass but kind of a longer thin ''pond'' water grass . 3). The white left and right stripes , iam just not sure 100% cause 4). I have to have a logo size that gonna fit and look good on the trucks , on t-shirts, on cap, on flyers , business card .
Hi Vincent, Logo updates for 111, 112 gold, green, black - color scheme, for refinement and distinction. Also with this color palette, a dark blue or a dark red/burgundy works very well. Best regards , Ake
