could you add the tagline to the green and red one #1? we like the shadow could you find some way to show communicating and construction in a icon or something?
You know that from the start this image has captured out attention. We like the depth we just are waiting for the connection to construction and communication to show up in it. We will probably be using the maroon and gray colors with the hint of green and red in the communication idea....
I think 119 or 116, there is too much green. I do like the hardhat but the communication visual is missing, maybe on 119 the background on the helmet can be changed.

top left box UM in the box, keep top right, bottom left something to represent reflection or history, and the bottom right ROOI in the box make the U bright red and the M bright green
Not sure I explained it right. Could you put the letter ROOI in the top left box, then a image to represent historical data in the top right box, then the letters UM in the bottom right box, and finally a set of stairs for the bottom left box.
