Gluten Free Conference & ExpoLogo Design Contest

I like this a lot! Can you make it so the GF stands out and the X and Con go together? The GF is the most important as it's the known symbol for Gluten Free. The X is for Expo and Con for conference.

I liked the font in all white, but perhaps shrinking the size of the X will help. Or making the font all the same size except the X. So it reads GFxCon....?

Also, can you flip the words Expo and Conference?
