We've decided on a few things: "Glor" in royal blue and "Research & Consulting" in light blue placed to the right of Glor and with a vertical line separating the two. We like the rounded font you have here. Finally, based on some feedback, we're taking out the magnifying glass and looking for some other logo suggesting the adjectives we noted at the start..

Could you turn the magnify glass to the other side so it doesn't resemble a Q?

Can the bar chart inside the O be straightened & the magnifying glass turned to the other side so it doesn't look like a Q?

Have the magnifying glass go the other way so it isn't mistaken for a Q

Like this but chart in the "O" might be a little busy. Also, we're open to ideas beside magnifying glass.
