#13 is a good start, but globe is a bit obscurred by figure. I like the outreached arms symbolizing global reach and exceeding expectations. Maybe put some color font on the entrepreneur to make it pop a bit. I wonder what it would look like if there was maybe stacked polished stones as part of the theme of balance, creativity, etc.?
