Sorry for the late response due to different time zones.

So, I made some new versions with more light and modern artistic feel, #40, #41, #42, #43. No gradients just solid colors.

Regarding swoosh and Nike.
Well... I hope you're having good lawyers!

Thanks! Am thinking the blue, purple, orange color scheme feels too heavy now. Think it needs more lightness. Let's try the globe in solid red with white letters, no gradients. Had an idea that the globe has a thin black inner trim at circumference that is not all the same width but more like almost a calligraphy treatment with uneven widths. Also, not connecting with font. Can we try something more... modern? And make the word 'global' smaller than the other ones. Really like the plane and the swoosh (will Nike come after us :) ! ? Thanks!

Thanks! We like the font on #17 more than the one used here. Also, can you take the sunburst color treatment from #18 and use that here for the burst of color from the center. Lastly, can you lighten the gradation from navy/black to purple so that there is more purple and less navy/black? Thanks so much...

Thanks for your creative efforts! We like the color choices and the airplane. Please put emphasis on Hotel Guys on same line with word Global on the line above in slightly smaller font. Not connecting with the PR and the stars at the top of the logo. Like the sun ray affect on your other submission though.

For a start I tried to explore some different directions, from more complex designs to more minimal, in order to see which direction you prefer.

In all concepts I've used an icon which is a combination of your initials "R&P".
