Possibly increase the font size of the gray letters by half a point, though I'm not sure if that will make it look a bit too crowded.

Thanks so much for this. I like the simplicity and the color scheme. I'm not sure a medical cross speaks to me as the best symbol, so I'd be open to other possibilities if any come to mind. Thanks again!
