Thanks - how about this, but with the emblem/globe off to the left, slightly larger, with 'GCM' to the right in this font/color and with 'Global Captive Management' underneath 'GCM' in smaller text? You could also consider bringing in a purple colour as a slight accent somewhere.

Can you do the following please:
1. Remove the box around the outside.
2. Make the globe a different color
3. Make the font bolder

I like the emblem - do you think you could produce a version that includes more of a mix of blue and green, and which references 'GCM' rather than, or as well as, the full company name?

Do you have other design ideas for the right side of the globe?
