a brand that has to do with beauty and fashion is required to have a custom made mark, like prada or miu miu, for example, is the same company with two very different marks that follow the same rules.

that's what i try to achieve with this brand

each letter in the brand is carefully placed in the composition

Also the name is very important, the brand should be glambar not GLAMbar and not glamBAR,

glambar is a perfectly crafted made name that can sell , if you highlight glam or bar , and divide them, you go back to two very generic words and not a unique original madename like glambar that works better

and the other thing is visibility you can read this logo as far as you zoom out, try it ctrl + scroll back mouse wheel to zoom out the logo

you don't need to describe the entire business model in your logo, you should use videos and pictures to surround the logo with those elements at all times

naturally a logo is always surrounded by the product itself, one of the first marks in history was of a brick company , they started marking each brick, in that case it was not necessary to draw a brick on top of a brick, but that makes the point, you should adapt this philosophy , in your place you will have a couple phon dryer, you don't need that kind of symbol as a flagship

like sony they don't have someone in front on the tv in the logo because when you see the logo, you may be already in front of the TV

you can change colors anytime once you have a vector file, to be used in different backgrounds, and the logo is flexible, can be adapted to any context, think about when you sponsor an event and you present your brand that is elegant and strong, but still looks almost handcrafted
