its cool. How about a large For Sale centered at the top in red?
Also try expanding the text at the bottom (name and number?

Is there a way I can work with you after its over to lay out business cards and sign design? I don't know the sizes now?

I have a question for you. Im really happy with your work and feel you are the right fit for my company. I like several though that I can use in different contexts.
Like 293 is a good forsale sign or pylon sign.
230 and that type may be better for letter head.
Will I get different variations of these logos from you in the end?
