At first glance we did not think either of these was a good fit. However the more we look at 199, the more we are interested. The "i" really stands out and personalizes it. The dot over the v almost starts to make the letter look like the head and arms of a person.

Could you play with the v to somehow give it legs or some other design that makes it look like a person.

Can you try a couple more variations:

Same as 204 but lose the orange dots on the g and i. Also turn the legs so they are going the same way as 203.

Also can you try with all lower case letters.
