We are looking closely at designs using a white give on a blue field. For that reason, 12 is appealing. I don't think we will use a leaf design, but variations on this approach would be interesting to see.
We are drawn more to fonts that do not have a "pinch" at the top of the "g". Not ruling out your style of font completely, but just so you know...
