5 and 6 are definitely appealing. They are the best use of the ripple effect we have seen so far, and the closest to the concept we had in mind. We prefer the oval shape rather than the circles. If possible we would like to see the ripples tied closer to the word give, rather than as a circle around it. Something needs to fill that space between the inner ripple graphic and the word.
We also like how you have kept the word give intact. It feels strong and direct, which is what we want to communicate.
We have discussed how we might have the ripples emanate from the period at the end of give. Like a coin dropped in a well, or a pond. Some designers here have attempted this, but have kept the ripples as a small graphic around the period. We don't like that as much.
