1) We like more of the lime green color. 2) The logo is very black right now... possibly try making the text (and possibly the orb) more of a gray/chrome color 3) We like the 'abstract L' in the orb, maybe make the top of the L in Lemont closer to the top of that abstract L to make the correlation more apparent.
