The W is created from a close up of an egg and dart detail. I wanted your name to be very readable, so I went with a classic book font, and "Interiors" is done in a script that I thought would give you another option to the DaFont option you listed. Most of the designers will be using it ad nauseam, so I wanted you to see a very sophisticated script that you may not have known about....
I really like the whole feel of the card and like the contemporary "w" as a logo and the thought process. The fonts are modern but classic. It is very clear and easy to read. I'm not sure if it needs something more or this might be too much and clutter the design?
I'm wondering if we can change the logo colour to more of a Tiffany-duck-egg-blue and also to introduce a neutral colour like taupe? I also think the font should be a little darker grey so its easily read.
I hope you like these changes...This will be my very last Logo Tournament contest, so I hope to go out with a positive attitude ;)... Please give me a chance to get this logo perfect for you. Thanks.
I experimented with colours a bit... I also tried a couple of new fonts for "Interiors"... We will likely have a web color version, and a print color version... Which is very common these days, because printing and computer screens show colors so differently. Also, I have all of the Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, ICI and Pratt & Lambert color palettes on my computer, so if you need to reference any of those, we can match them easily...
I prefer Georgie Walker to be in the brown colour you used in entry #187 with the green of #196, so can we combine those 2 please? I would like to see "interiors" all in lower case too.
Who told you that? It is similar, but definitely not too close to be confused, or legal action... I could do one, but rounded as well.... I can only submit new logos if one of mine is ranked #1 though....
Would you be able to rank one of my logos in the top 5, so I can submit the new designs i worked on? I have spent several hours on this, so I hate to see it end without the opportunity to show the work... much thanks.
