Thanks for your input! I like the concept of the design and the fun look of it. I also like the use of different fonts for each word. Unfortunately we do have a company that we work a lot with that has a hot air balloon in their logo so we probably need to use something else. Any other ideas?

#21 and #22 are interesting concepts. I'm not sure I like the boat but I like the overall idea of this design. Maybe you could try using a mountain range instead of a boat. Also, could you try it with these colors: Dark Blue: 526F7E, Light Blue: 87B1C5, and Light Green: 39B54A. Or similar colors. Thanks!

#24 Can you work with the color a bit more? Try using the colors on the compass above geomatters. Looks better with the mountain than the boat.
#21 What about making the globe more globe looking and placing compass points behind the globe.Looks better with the boat rather than the mountain.
We're getting closer, I think...
