I think the #3 design has some potential. What if you replaced the flag part with part of a globe or maybe a compass with the "N" in the middle. Also, I like the red but lets try and incorporate some more colors into the logo. Maybe some earth greens, blues, or browns. Also, the slogan should be "Natural Connections. Natural Learning.".
