I tried a version with a sans-serif font and in lowercase letters. I also changed the leaves here a bit by making the veins a bit shorter.

Thanks for the different sizes. I think they are better larger.

Can you please post several renditions of this with different colors. Maybe a deep blue or Green?

I would like to pick yours as the winner, but several of our team don't like the color.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are a few different colors. Could you tell me which size you like best? Then I can show you that size in the different colors.

Here's an overview of the sizes:
Leaves type 1: small #271, medium #278, large #279
Leaves type 2: small #277, medium #280, large #281

For now, I'm showing you leaves type 1 in small (#271) in the different colors.

Yes, I'm from Germany, near Cologne. (I'm replying in English because when the contest is over, other designers need to see that I didn't offer you additional free services or something like that for winning.)

I really like the small leaves type 2. Let's do all designs from here on out with that leaf.

Please also try putting some of the text in colors: i.e. "Generosity" in color on one. "Movement" in color on another. It would be good to see how this looks.

Could you also do one where the G is above the text?
