Instead of 3 stars, can you try the Big Dipper constellation?

Can you make the Gelatte lettering a darker teal color (maybe pantone 7700 C). And make the outer circle and shadow on Gelatte match the light gray color of the small lettering?

Some comments from a graphic designer friend of mine. Can you update with his suggestion please?

I'd increase the "Italian Ice Cream" size a bit. Rule of thumb is you should be able to read it when the whole logo goes down to 1". With that said, you will lose the thin lines as it gets smaller.

And/or make a variation with it a little bolder or darker.
