Greetings CH, I submitted according to your first idea, which I think could be exploited towards an interesting and appealing design.
The martini glass offers some class and adult approach, where the cream and the decorative "baton" gives an impression of quantity and quality. I opted to left out the cherry as there were quite a few examples already, but I could try that instead if you'd like.
#5 is the standard version, working quite well in 1 color, with ample defined spaces. I design by the rule that "less is more", and that an optimal simplified concept is one of the most efficient solutions. #7 is the inversed version #6 is a colour try according to a mixture of your proposed blue and cream, with added effects.
The typeface is a customized script, reflecting handwriting and creamy flow. I have an ample list of similar ones I could try if you'd like.
