Geeks on TourLogo Design Contest

Would prefer the color scheme from our existing logo - primarily the red and yellow, just a little bit of blue

I like that you got the dog at the computer, but need something to convey teaching. Like the blackboard in my attached graphic. We're already kind of attached to the graphic for the Geeks on Tour part - with the tail of the R turning into a road. Looking for some way to add the teaching.
