The idea of the G and E letters taken one step further ..you can see that the rusty rectangle separating the middle and the upper horizontal parts of the E letter now has been transformed in order to represent a roof. Another little piece of design is hidden inside the "G" letter in the company name where you can see a little play with the name "Geary" ..a white negative space in the form of a gear.
