#9 Magnifier glass on G i somehow imposed, but changing colors on words are nice because it much more readable and emphasize words GDJE (where; position, usually means address) and TO (it; product, services). Try some other colors without magnifier glass..

#10 Try to create more inline style logo which creates inline, instead of this diagonal start. Also try to create greater distinction of two new 'JE' parts in words GDJE and JE.
