please remove the shiny looking thing at the top of the roof... and also, I will not use a white background and prefer the background to be transparent

could u please:
1) remove the window looking thing above the word Realty
2) remove the shiny looking thing in the top corner area of the rainbow roof
3) please add Est. 2004 in purple with a thinner line than the other design you did

I think this design has a lot of potential...could you please:
1) change the color of the word Realty to royal blue
2) change the color of the word net to green ( darker green than you are currently using for the word Realty... but not too dark)
3) change the color of .com to orange (same color Net presently is)
4) remove the blue window looking icon above the word Realty
5) make the line a bit thinner for Est. 2004

I like the design but would prefer different colors for each words Gay Realty and Net.com

Also, the design should say either Est. 2004 or Established in 2004
