Understandable ...I do see how the white around EST 1985 makes it readable

Thank you for the comment. Ok, I can do it, but EST 1985 was the reason, why it was larger, so the outer black line was balanced for this.

Looks good that will go in the yes list too. However my comment wasn't clear I meant to ask for:
The white line only to be thinner. This would then leave the outer black area thicker. So that the white line is farther away from the outside edge.

Love the font, it's nice and condensed. Can the border line be thinner? Might also like to see a little vintage creativity on the border such as a weathered look or a very subtle icon or mark in the corners. We are looking for a Fine Classy logo thx!
