GavurinLogo Design Contest

As Promised, as one of our Top 5 I am commenting to each of you with the following points:-
1. Font Type - Modern and Fresh but not too gamesy. We are working in the Coporate World.
2. The edging of the icon should be modern, smooth
3. Colours - We really need to create real excitement and impact, we would appreciate your expertise by experiementing with the colours in order for the logo to reflect excitement and help Gavurin as a company stand out from the crowd. We do not mean 'Shocking' but if the colours could reflect some vibrancy.
4. "Exciting Data" is the clients take out, so we need it to clear and visible, examples like - Nike (Just do it), Avis (We Try Harder), Nokia (Connecting People0, Tesco (Every Little Helps)

Just to advise that the wording for exciting has been spelt wrong, this type of thing happens so don't worry about it

Your initial designs of #102 and #210 have the line under the Company Name, could you do this with #215 and #218, and use the font in #222. as i think several of the elements from each of these may work better, for what we are looking for, also can you try and think of a way of emphasising "Exciting Data".

Could you also try to incorporate the Logo as the G in Gavurin so it is all on one line

We are discussing the logo and we really like the shadowing e.g. #100 and #78 under the G, it is more prominent and also the shadowing of the line inbetween the Gavurin & Exciting Data the gradiuation of the shadowing is better in our view. The other option maybe to align "Exciting Data" to the Right with a dash before it

My apologies for keep changing things, but firstly:

Gavurin Font should be ITC Ronda
Exciting Data Font should be Veranda

Also we have found a website http://www.dtelepathy.com/blog/inspiration/beautiful-color-palettes-for-your-next-web-project and we like the following pallette colours

Number 3, 11 and 12
Also incorporating 3 & 12 together

G Logo should be of Flat Design
We also need alot more reinforcement/emphasis on "Exciting Data"

If you don't mind my suggetion is #268 and #269 for lay out and for the color in "G" symbol is #251 #249 #244.

I think, first you can choose the lay out, after that you can the color combination from parllette no.3, 11, and 12 (use my previous update). After you choose all of them, I can combine the layout and color in one design. If I make all the alternative, I worry that make you confuse because too many option. I hope my suggestion can be accepted.

An update for you,

The concept of #232 we really like as a stand alone, could we try that in the Company fonts you were given, and could we flatten (not so 3D) the G Icon and provide it in the colours of the specific pallettes that I am listing below:

Regarding #264 which we also really like, the font needs to be larger, the G Icon a little less 3D and also could we not have the points touching around the G. Also using the colours suggested as listed below.

From the website I gave you please look at the following for the colours (we are open to Two tone as well as flat colours) we leave this to your expertise.

Blues (Pallette 3, 6, 9 and 21)
Pinks/Purples (Pallette 12, 13, 25 and 49)
Silvers/Greys (Pallette 15, 37, 46 and 49)

#346 we really like the colours, however, could you please use the same shading of Blue as you have in #327 as it looks a little darker.

Once you have done these changes, please note, we have ranked you as the winner for the judging on the basis that we need a little more work on the "G" logo section we overall like the theme of it, but it still doesnt quite yell out Technology "WOW"

We evisage using the "G" Icon as a stand alone image for embedding into our Software Reports and mapping etc.. Note that when we state mapping the logo itself will be embedded into a google map, so it needs to stand out.

In addition we would like the market to identify Gavurin with the "G" Icon, not only the full logo. BRANDING Purposes, if you need any further information or if we can send anything that will assist you, please let me know.

If it helps please look at our other logo, which is one of our other brands, the website is www.preci.co.uk, this may give you an idea of what we are hoping the "G" COULD resemble.

#360 I think this looks good, but the G is just to big and maybe on a slant a little too much
#349 I was wondering if maybe the G was the grey with the lines blue and pink, would that maybe make the "G" stand out a little more, I think the G does not have the WOW factor because it is the same colour as the rest of the company name.

#363 Like the concept of "G" icon, but it is too round/global/Orb shaped, can we give it more definition/structure.

#362 - We do not like it as it resembles the letter "C"

Also can you use the Pink in Pallette 49 as we think this is more vibrant. we would like you to alter designs #349 and #361 with this pink please.

I think we are nearly there.

A few changes please:-
1. Can we incorporate the logo #373 into #368

2. Once you have completed Point 1. we decided that we may need to have the full name company name "gavurin" back in the logo, so can you do Logo and then the word "gavurin" and "Gavurin" we would like to see the company name in lowercase and with a Capital G. (the layout you did in #302 etc..) Sorry for all the changes, but I really think we are nearly there.

So we are looking at 3 new submission

Point 1
Point 1 with Logo and then the full company name "gavurin" (lowercase g)
