Looks great in single color for easy printing on certain medium where single color is needed.

Most important is, it has a high class beach resort flair

The design is also not too rigid or over masculine. It has softness aspect so that it not scares away female client.
It is important for a logo to attract both female and male audience because in most family, woman or wife has strong influence in making decision.

in easy word...it has balance to attract both target audience......Not too childish which will scare away people with professional background.

Professional but still has its wow and casual aspect, so that, besides not scared away ordinary group client, also convey trusted among high end clientele

Mass text: for those that are coping my Great Escape logo, please use a bold font for Gast Home so it looks like great escape logo text. The bottom words should say " Custom Home Builder" you could try making the Custom cursive to match the pool word in the other logo. This allows for the word home builders to run around the arching Edge in a larger font and more readable. And lastly the top third of the copied logo can be any creation you can think of that represents Building Homes out on beach Islands

Elegant, I like it but concern if I make custom shape signs and decals if its just a simple square background.

Not what I was looking for but after seeing it I do like that it balances nicely. I will consider this.
