Gast Homes has a "S". Bottom section make the word "Custom " in cursive dead center of the bottom section with the arching words home builder in a little larger font size.

Mass text: for those that are coping my Great Escape logo, please use a bold font for Gast Home so it looks like great escape logo text. The bottom words should say " Custom Home Builder" you could try making the Custom cursive to match the pool word in the other logo. This allows for the word home builders to run around the arching Edge in a larger font and more readable. And lastly the top third of the copied logo can be any creation you can think of that represents Building Homes out on beach Islands

I like the direction its going but looking for a little more pop. can you work on the top section to add extra? The house needs to stay but its simple, maybe move it in the darker blue just above the Custom Home Home Builder then make the top a illustration.
